In order to update the monthly Scorecard, Administrators will need to make the following changes to the Scorecard Owner's Windows desktop:
1. The Xnotes program needs to be loaded. The xnotes.exe file should be copied to the Windows directory on the Owner's hard disk drive. It may be placed in the Windows Startup group to automatically load whenever Windows is started.
2. The vbrun300.dll and ddeml.dll files must be present in the Windows/System directory.
3. An icon for Excel 5.0c needs to be created (the Excel setup program does this automatically, placing the Excel icon in the Microsoft office group).
4. An icon for Lotus Notes should be available.
5. All other applications should be closed while executing a data transfer.
