Topic: The Monthly Notes Checklist
The steps for the monthly Notes Scorecard creation are as follows. For a more detailed explanation of the steps, double-click here:
1. Make sure the Excel spreadsheet is loaded, updated, "As Of" date set to the monthend desired, and F9 recalc pressed.
2. Choose the method for creating a Scorecard, using the Tools Run or the Compose menu.
3. Run each of the macros or buttons in the order presented.
4. Print a copy of the Scorecard.
5. Create an attachment document for the updated Excel spreadsheet.
6. Replicate with the other regional servers to distribute your updates (this may be scheduled to happen automatically each evening; check with you Scorecard Administrator.
