There are three Scorecard roles and actions each will take:

1. Readers: These are regional managers who will review Scorecard results and trends in the Notes Scorecard database.

2. Owners: These are the regional owners of the local Scorecard who will verify monthly data and create the Notes Scorecard document. They are typically the local finance manager.

3. Administrators: These are the regional Notes or LAN administrators responsible for the local Notes server. They are typically the local technical manager.
