Printing the Spreadsheet Scorecard and Graphs
The date in cell F3 on the Scorecard page controls the date of all reports. Set the date (mo./yr.) to the desired period before requesting reports. When the date is set, select Print Report from the File Menu. Choose the report desired (either with the mouse or by keying the first letter) and select Print. Enter the number of copies desired and select OK.
Printing the Notes Scorecard and Graphs
To print a Scorecard in Notes, highlight the desired Scorecard document in any view. Select File Print from the main Notes menu. Enter the number of copies desired and select OK.
The easiest way to print a Scorecard and its related graphs is from the Admin By Document # view. From this view, click in the left margin next to the Scorecard document and next to each graph document. A check mark will appear next to each selected document. Then Select File Print from the main Notes menu. Enter the number of copies desired and select OK.
Printing the BU Report
The Business Unit report is available in the spreadsheet only. It assumes that the data from each regional Scorecard spreadsheet has been aggregated on the DataEntry page. Select Print Report from the Excel File Menu. Choose the FLBU report (either with the mouse or by keying the first letter) and select Print. Enter the number of copies desired and select OK.
