There are five types of views:

1. Scorecards. The Scorecard views display the scorecard documents sorted and categorized a number of ways.

2. Attachments. The Attachment views show the documents that have copies of the spreadsheets attached.

3. Admin. The Admin. views are for the Scorecard Administrator's use. They show all the history, graph, and region documents.

4. Lookup. The Lookup views are used by the Notes macros to find selected information.

5. Help. The Help view shows the Help table of contents and help documents, such as this one.

Attachment Views

Attachment views that have been provided are as follows:

1. Documents By # (shows all Scorecards and their response documents, e.g., graphs)

2. Documents By Region

3. Region Information (the environment information for the Scorecard owner)

4. All Responses (useful for finding "orphaned" documents)

Lookup Views

The lookup views that have been provided are as follows:

1. Scorecards (sorted by region-date)

2. History pages (sorted by region-date)

3. Graph Variables (information vital to the creation of graph documents)

4. Graph Variables by Name (sorted by number-name)

Help Views
