Synopsis

The following are selected projects we have completed (from 12/89 - 6/94):

[InfoTechnology/DBC - 9/91] For a $200 million information services company, conducted the planning and analysis for the integration and downsizing of two subsidiaries ($23 million and $26 million in revenues, respectively). The result was a $3.2 million annual savings.

[Epstein Engineering Export] For a $100 million start-up European food processing company, developed a hardware architecture and selected and installed all manufacturing and administrative computer systems.

[Canadelle?] Developed strategic MIS plans for a $100 million Canadian apparel company, a $10 million real estate investment firm, a $700 million food processing company, and an $80 million specialty food company.

[LINC] For a subsidiary of a $556 million PC software company, designed and conducted customer satisfaction surveys and training programs to address identified deficiencies, and developed and conducted surveys for assessing morale and areas for management improvement following divestiture .

[DBC] For a $21 million financial data and software business, planned and implemented the integration and downsizing of operating units for east and west coast sites within 12 months. Consolidation included the integration of Network, MIS, Billing, Customer Support, and Finance functions. The result was an $851 thousand annual savings.

[InfoTechnology] For a $200 million information services company, reorganized and integrated the day-to-day operations of Product Management, Engineering (software and hardware), Customer Service, Field Engineering, Manufacturing, Network Operations, Finance and Human Resources departments, for two subsidiaries.

[Shark] For a $26 million Wall Street financial data company, identified critical success factors and developed department performance self-tracking applications for use in customer service, field engineering, manufacturing, network operations, product management, and engineering.

[Shark] For a $28 million Wall Street financial data company, completed a network diversification and capacity increase plan for improving system availability and recovery. Also conducted a computer operations audit and developed disaster recovery plans to maximize mission critical systems up-time.

[InfoTecnology, market Data Group] For a $42 million information services group, integrated HPMD's Executive Document Processing System, EDPS, with the firm's electronic mail system to help an information services company president manage communications with double the direct reports following reorganization.

DONE [FilterFresh] For a $10 million Canadian coffee franchiser, developed the Franchise Operations Manual, facilitated meetings to develop a national sales program, and set the information systems direction for headquarters and franchisees.

DONE [Emerson Electric] For a $50 million motor company, assessed operating needs, selected software, and implemented applications for several plant functions.
